cp cushion pack GmbH & Co KG was founded in 1989 by Jürgen Degen, initially as a sole proprietorship. The core business of the family company based in Salem on Lake Constance has always been the manufacture of packaging padding machines that produce sustainable and cost-effective packaging cushioning from cardboard waste. The current Managing Director, Friederike Hack (née Degen), not only grew up in the mechanical engineering company, but has also been working in the family business since 1998. Today, the family business is managed by Friederike Hack and her husband Matthias Hack (both managing partners). As an industrial foreman, Matthias Hack is responsible for the continuous further and new development of the cp cushion pack machines. He also ensures that the vertical range of manufacture is further expanded so that cp cushion pack GmbH & Co KG is future-orientated.
The company employs 20 people and produces a wide range of different cushioning machines.
All cp cushion pack machines are ‘Made in Germany’ and are distributed worldwide via specialised dealers.
